DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES
We currently ship to Australia, the US and the UK.
Our brands confirm and dispatch orders within 2 business days of payment. Occasionally an item sells out before your order is confirmed. If that happens, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
Delivery Costs
Shipping is free on all orders.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on where the brand is located and where your order is going. Times are counted from dispatch:
- Express shipping: usually 2–6 business days.
- Standard shipping (used where express isn't available): usually 5–10 business days.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes depend on what you're buying and where it's being sent, so we show them for each product at checkout.
Each brand ships either Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU):
- DDP: The brand pays all import duties and taxes. The price at checkout is final, and you'll see the message “Free shipping – Nothing more to pay on delivery.”
- DDU: Any import duties and taxes aren't collected at checkout. The courier will contact you to pay them before your order can be delivered. You'll see the message “Free shipping – Duties payable” at checkout.
For US orders, local sales tax is always collected at checkout.
Before ordering, we recommend checking your country's import limits and customs rules.
When an order can't be refunded
An order may be lost, and won't be refunded, if:
- You don't provide customs documents within 7 days of being asked.
- You refuse to accept delivery.
- The courier can't reach you after multiple delivery attempts.

Delivery to the US
If you order from one of our international brands, US Customs or the courier may ask for your SSN, EIN or ITIN before releasing your order. You'll usually have 7 days to provide it. After that, the order is returned to the brand and is not refundable.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After you place an order, you'll get an order confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you tracking details. You can also track it anytime under in your account.
